We replace manual ops with systems you own

Zaps Studio is a custom workflow automation studio. We work with ops-heavy teams — clinics, wholesalers, service businesses, B2B SaaS — in the US, Canada, and UK. Our job is to take the manual work that eats your week and turn it into a system that runs itself, then hand you the keys.

How we work

Every build starts with a 30-minute audit. We map the actual workflow — where leads come in, where they go cold, which tabs your team lives in, what breaks when someone's on holiday. That audit produces a fixed-price scope and a delivery date, usually two to four weeks out.

We build on n8n by default because it's self-hostable, open source, and boring in the good way — no vendor lock-in, no per-execution surprise bills. When Zapier or Make fits better we use them. When a workflow needs custom code we write it. The stack serves the outcome, not the other way round.

Handover is not a PDF. You get the running system, every credential, the source workflows, the documentation, and 30 days of support to catch what the audit missed. If we disappeared tomorrow the system would keep running and any competent automation engineer could pick it up.

The founder

Zaps Studio was founded by Adeem Adil Khatri. Background in engineering and revenue ops, ten years shipping internal tools, integrations, and outbound systems for teams that were too small for enterprise automation and too complex for off-the-shelf.

Recent builds include outbound infrastructure for Beamide (52.9% cold email open rate into ESA and CERN procurement), wholesale ERP workflows for Adnoor in Mississauga (five spreadsheets collapsed into one system in two weeks), and dormant contact revival for Halal Options (47 qualified opportunities recovered from 2,000+ inactive contacts).

Every project runs founder-led. You talk to the person building the system, not an account manager passing tickets down a chain.

Who this is for

We do our best work with teams doing $500K to $20M in revenue who are hitting an ops ceiling. You've got the demand, the customers, and the team — what you don't have is more hours. Every new client means more manual work, and hiring another coordinator only patches it.

If that's you, look at the case studies for what the finished systems look like, or the pricing page for what a project costs.

Operated by Adeem & Sons Ltd (UK). Projects delivered remotely across North America, the UK, and Europe with fixed-price scope after a 30-minute audit.
