Privacy Policy
Last updated: 29 April 2026
This is the privacy policy for Zaps Studios, a trading name of Adeem & Sons Ltd, registered in England and Wales (Company No: 14974001). It explains what data we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
Who we are
We're a UK-based custom workflow automation studio. The data controller is Adeem & Sons Ltd. You can reach us at [email protected].
What we collect
Three categories:
- Form submissions. When you fill in a contact form, audit calculator, or newsletter signup, we collect the fields you submit (typically name, email, company, message). Sent via Web3Forms to our inbox.
- Booking data. When you book a call via cal.com, your calendar invite details reach us. Cal.com is the data processor for that flow — see their privacy policy.
- Anonymous analytics. Aggregate page-view counts. No personal profile, no cross-site tracking, no advertising cookies.
Why we collect it
Form data is used to reply to you and, if you become a client, to deliver the work you've hired us for. Booking data is used to show up to the call. Analytics is used to know which pages people read and which we should improve.
We don't sell data, share it with advertisers, or use it to build profiles for resale.
Where it's stored
Form submissions live in our email inbox (Google Workspace) and, for active clients, in a Notion workspace and a Supabase database we control. Booking data lives in cal.com. Analytics aggregates live with our hosting provider. All processors are contractually bound to UK or EU GDPR standards.
How long we keep it
Active client data: for the duration of the engagement plus 6 years (UK statutory record-keeping). Prospect data from forms you've submitted: 24 months from last contact, then deleted. Anonymous analytics: 14 months.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop processing it. Email [email protected] and we'll action within 30 days. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk) if you think we've handled your data badly.
Cookies
We use a single first-party cookie for session persistence on interactive tools. No third-party tracking cookies, no advertising pixels, no fingerprinting. If that ever changes, this policy updates first and you'll see a banner.
Changes to this policy
When we change something material, we update the "last updated" date at the top and note the change. The current version is always live at this URL.
